Chicken Chukka

Chicken Chukka, also known as Chicken Varuval, is a popular South Indian, dry-roasted chicken dish originating from the Tamil Nadu and Chettinad regions. The Tamil word "Chukka" translates to "dry" referring to the method of cooking where the chicken is slow-roasted in a thick, spice-laden masala paste until most of the moisture evaporates.
